About the Chef

The menus and services are created by Donna Howe, who first came to Moraira over 25 years ago and decided this was the place she wanted to have her business. With an extensive background in travel and hospitality, Donna’s experience covers planning and organising the meals for UK airlines and the Eurostar operation, catering for VIPs and organising publicity events. She has a particular interest in healthy eating and if you have special dietary requirements, Donna would be happy to create a menu especially for you. Her philosophy is simple: use fresh products, cook them in an imaginative way, mixing flavors and styles and enjoy!
