You simply cannot come to the Alicante region, in the province of Valencia, without partaking of its most famous regional dish. The wide flat rice fields of this region have created wonderful fat, rice grains which are just begging to absorb the rich juices of local seafood sautéed in olive oil, which is abundant in this area.

Whether your preference is meat, seafood, or a mixture of the two, we will prepare this wonderful fragrant dish in front of you, using the barbeque or our own gas ring.

We know that this area traditionally belongs to the menfolk of the household but why not give them the day off so that they too can enjoy the wonderful aromas of meat and fish sizzling in the open air? Enjoy the chilled wine whilst we serve you up a mouthwatering selection of hormone-free meat, quality sausages and fresh fish and seafood.

If you can’t keep the men away from the barbeque, we can supply ready-made platters of delicious meat and fish all ready to slap straight on the barbie!
