We are now back in the UK and had a wonderful holiday. A special thank you for finding us the lovely Donna. The meal which she prepared under great difficulties (due to a tempermental cooker!!) was absolutely superb and the evening was one of the highlights of the holiday. We could not have asked for better and there was something there for everyone, even my eldest grandson, who is always ´starving´and a bit picky when it comes to food!! Every time we come out to our apartment, Donna creates something special for us. A must are her low-fat breakfast muffins which we never tire of - she creates different versions for every day if required. Evening meals are special too, after a day at the beach it is fantastic to have a beautifully prepared meal ready. Her beach picnics are great too. Looking forward to our return.
